ORDERS & PAYMENTS

1. In what ways can I pay?
Payment is accepted exclusively online via credit/debit card and PayPal.

2. What happens if there is a payment error?
If we notice a double payment or an error, the refund will be made as soon as you contact us by email. It is important to report the error to us at info@nobodycares.it .

3. Can I cancel an order?
Orders are final. For any issues, you can only proceed through the return procedure.

SHIPPING

4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free:

  • In Italy for orders over €100
  • In the USA for orders over €250

5. Which courier do you use?
We do not currently have a fixed choice: we will use the fastest and most reliable service available for each situation.

6. Are orders shipped with tracking?
Yes, all shipments are tracked.

7. What happens if the package is shown as delivered but does not arrive?
If this situation occurs, we will initiate investigations and certain checks to find an appropriate solution.

SIZES & PRODUCTS

8. Are the garments suitable for everyone?
The products are unisex sizes. Each item includes a size guide (size chart) to help you choose the correct size.

9. Will the products be restocked?
If demand for a product is high, we will endeavor to restock the item.

10. Do the colors of the garments match the photos exactly?
We strive to convey true colors through photos or videos, but cannot guarantee a 100% perfect match due to variations in viewing devices.

11. Is it possible to request a size change?
If the product is available, you can change the size. Otherwise, we will refund you and you can place a new order once the item is available again.

ACCOUNT & NOTIFICATIONS

12. By creating an account, will I have access to my order history?
Yes, all orders are recorded and you can access the history in your personal account.

13. Is it possible to save products as favourites?
This option is currently not available.

14. Is the newsletter sent by nobodycares intrusive?
No, the newsletter is sent sporadically and does not involve spam.
